Implementing a pilot may sound easier than it actually is: it does not only entail actions to test the prototype in a real-life setting, but also implies substantial community engagement work to gather enough users and requires extensive data collection to measure the effects of the interventions in line with the COS methodology. The hard work is paid off by the excitement of seeing Cities-4-People solutions being used and witnessing how they contribute to shape urban mobility in five very different locations.
