Plans for the Lab? A consultation workshop for the Barton community

    By Cities4people | Event, OCC Lab, Past Event | Comments are Closed | 20 February, 2018 | 0

Our team at the Oxforshire County Council organised the consultation workshop on February, 7th 2018, inviting members of the local community and participants from the previous warm-up and co-creation events. The goals of the event were to define the structure of the Citizen Mobility Community, to develop a plan for expanding the Community and to determine an objective for the Citizen Mobility Community.

The event lasted two hours, during which participants had the opportunity to express their ambitions and communicate the needs that matter the most to the local community. The main accomplishment of the consultation workshop was the establishment of the Citizen Mobility Community as a group and the co-creation of a structure for the community. Moreover, plans were made to expand the community and future meetings were scheduled.

The workshop ended successful and participants left with a strong sense of belonging to the community and a positive outlook on its objectives and its potential for growth.
