The second round of prototyping organized by our pilot cities was dedicated this time to the scale-up. Over the summer we have met with our communities to discuss the experience with the first round of pilots and to select and develope new concepts to improve one of the interventions. The results of these co-creation activities fed into the prototyping events, during which all the decisions and priorities that emerged were converted into concrete and workable steps to simulate the pilots before they begin. These activities allowed to identify the potential challenges and opportunities that may emerge during the piloting phase. In addition, prototyping activities have also been the occasion for pilot partners to re-engage and re-energize stakeholders and community members with hands-on, collaborative work to improve our cities.
